Whether it’s switching providers or setting up a new POS, our technicians take the hassle out of installing your Point of Sale devices so you can start to transact quickly and spend your time focusing on your business. We'll choose the devices that you need for your type of business and have them connected to your printer, mobile or other compatible devices. To finish, we'll make sure your connection (WiFi, USB, Bluetooth, Mobile) supports your devices, transactions, and is set up in your location of choice.
  • Initial set up of portable credit card reader or terminal.
  • Connect to WiFi, Bluetooth or your mobile phone network.
  • Download and configure reader or terminal software application and pair to your mobile device or tablet.
  • Connect up to three additional devices where compatible (such as cash drawers, receipt printers, or barcode scanners).
  • Initiate a test payment.

 

The following exclusions before purchasing:

• The Point of Sale setup is for initial installation only. For additional support or troubleshooting beyond the advertised inclusions, our offers assistance billed in half-hour increments.

• WiFi network and payment provider account must be active prior to installation appointment.

• Installation of, or integration with third party software is not included as part of device installation service.

• Please check device compatibility with your credit card reader or terminal before purchase.

• Surcharges apply outside business hours or same day service.
