With Prepaid 1 Hour On-Site Service, a Tech Expert will come to you and be on site for 1 hour to solve any Tech issues around the business. 
  • A Tech will come to your business, and stay for 1 hour to fix tech issues.
  • Same day service and weekend service** options are available for an additional cost.
  • We offers same day service.

  • Once you have found the right service and placed your order, a team member will be in touch within 1-2 business hours to arrange a suitable time for a Tech Expert to help with your tech problems.
  • Remote, on-site and phone services are available on weekdays and weekend between 8am and 6pm.
 

The following exclusions before purchasing:

  • Remote support is available in Australia-Wide, for on-site support in Melbourne availability, please check your postcode with us.

    *On-Site Tech Help available on demand, pre-paid hours with Support Pack, or with subscription during generous support hours. To receive on-site services you must be within a service area postcode. Remote services also available on demand.
